Prior to joining Wired, he spent seven years as an editor for Outside magazine, where he wrote and edited features on topics ranging from celebrity profiles to particle physics. His journalism career started in Tokyo, Japan, where he spent several years as a reporter and section editor for the Daily Yomiuri newspaper. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and a master’s in journalism from Columbia University. He lives in San Francisco with nine bicycles.
