Eduardo Cocozza, Executive Director of Product Marketing Software Services and Mobility – GE Services

EduardoCocozzaGEEduardo is a Software and Services Executive at GE responsible for the creation and go-to-market activities for cross-platforms applications and digital services. Using predictive analytics, social collaboration, and elegant user experiences, GE Services provides business insights that empower customers to make better decisions.

By exploring new concepts, embracing customer co-creation, and new monetization models, he led internal start-ups that grew the customer base by 8X to a multi $MM business within 2 years.

Before joining GE, he was Director of Product Marketing & Ecosystems at Motorola Mobility where he drove B2C web and mobile (content & apps), successfully executing multiple engagements with wireless carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, Americas Movil, Claro, Telefonica, TIM) and ecosystem partners (such as Google, Facebook, SoundHound, Shazam, Universal, UOL, and multiple startups).

He launched multiple first to market applications that enhanced the device portfolio value, worth emphasizing Motorola’s first Android smartphone in the Americas combined with a consumer cloud-based social messaging application branded MotoBlur.

Worked for Motorola Inc. for 15 years where he transitioned from technical to business roles, securing over $500M in revenues, including the creation of new software and product businesses using a venture capital investment model to drive internal start-ups.

Earned a MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University, majoring in Business & Strategy, and Marketing, achieved deans-list; and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from FEI in Brazil.
